Originally developed in 1989, Crownpointe Commerce Park is home to twenty-nine diverse owners and tenants who use the Park for retail, industrial, office, athletic training, and condo office/warehouse space.

The Park comprises 195.37 acres located on Kingspointe Parkway, providing quick access to several major highways and interstates — including I-4, the Beeline Expressway, Sand Lake Road, and John Young Parkway.

Crownpointe sits within one mile of International Drive, home to the Orange County Convention Center — the second-largest convention center in the USA — along with hotels, restaurants, retail, and attractions.
