About Crownpointe Commerce Park
Crownpointe Commerce Park (“the Park”) is located in close proximity to International Drive and Sand Lake Road. Originally developed in 1989, it is home to twenty-nine diverse owners and tenants who use the Park for retail, industrial, office, athletic training, and condo office/warehouse space.
The Park comprises 195.37 acres on Kingspointe Parkway and provides quick access to several major highways and interstates — including I-4, the Beeline Expressway, Sand Lake Road, and John Young Parkway. It sits within one mile of International Drive, home to the Orange County Convention Center — the second-largest in the USA — along with hotels, restaurants, retail, and attractions.
The Park is arranged in a U-shaped configuration, which limits cut-through traffic and strengthens our ability to keep the community safe.
